A.Iding

Mistletoe
Known as the holiday romance, the common name is the American Mistletoe. There are 1300 different species of mistletoe, only two are native in the U.S. There is twenty species that are endangered, there scientific name is Loranthacea. In greek Mistletoe means "thief of the tree". The mistletoe uses a host but it still makes its own photosynthesis. Mistletoe really means "dung on a twig". they say its found bird poop because it sticks on the birds and they actually carry the seeds. They are healthy for the forest even though its a parasite. they are toxic to people, high in protein for animals though. They belong in the phylum Magnoliophyta.

Black Berry
The Black Berry peaks growth during June in the south, and peaks in July in the North. For the growth of the black berry to be at the right grown you need to have ideal spring and summer conditions. Black berries have been know to be used for many things suck as black berry tea being used for a cure of Dysentry. Black Berrys are full of antioxidents know to fight cancer. They are known to mold very fast and are also known as black caps. one cup of black berrys are about 62 callories. the black berry bush is a flowering plant in the division of Spermatophyta, Trachlorophyta, and Magnoliophyta. They come from the family Rosaceae and the genus Rubus. The scientifical name is Rubus Fiuctosis.
